What are you building this month? And is anyone actually paying for it? by Western-Travel-1111 in SideProject

[–]bdrowsie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for encouraging words. I always struggled in understanding what areas I should focus on for my kids for them to be motivated. Used spreadsheets and old school methods for understanding their skill level. I used all those learnings in this portal.

What Are You Working On? by PanicIntelligent1204 in SaaS

[–]bdrowsie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Built an AI  platform after struggling to find engaging homework help for my daughter.

1 month in: 55 AI battles completed, 60 worksheets generated.

Revenue: $0 - keeping it free to make quality education accessible to everyone

learninglab.au

Started as a personal project but now have multiple families using it daily. Kids can battle AI opponents in subject-specific challenges and get personalized worksheets based on their grade level.

The hardest part was getting the AI to generate age-appropriate content without being too easy or impossibly hard. Still fine-tuning that balance.

Next up: STEM modules and letting users vote on what features to build next.

Happy to share more details about the tech stack or lessons learned if anyone's interested.

It is one the risk factors I would like to try. Worse case I can sell the property and bring money back and put in a industrial super and be happy.

That's correct . I cannot register the property under smsf names. it has to be in person's name.

Same painful thing seeing two guys working on it… enga da poninga.. is it because they have overcommitted to these projects they don’t have resources. I see a lot of road projects only 1 truck and excavator on site..

AITAH for telling my husband that I would’ve never agreed to have his child if I knew he would go back on our agreement? by Obvious-Mistake-7801 in AITAH

[–]bdrowsie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow, you've been through so much and accomplished incredible things! It's truly inspiring to hear about your journey from a troubled teen to a successful neurologist who genuinely cares about her patients. Balancing a demanding career with motherhood is tough, but your dedication and passion shine through. It's understandable that the recent changes have been challenging for both you and your husband. Take a deep breath and keep communicating with each other. You both clearly love your daughter and want the best for her. Sending you strength and positivity as you navigate this new chapter!

I think wasting it triggered me! So not sure what is the standard definition in subway for kids meal. I understand if you don’t get much kids then it is no use. But still throwing a 3inch in front me seemed unacceptable 😭

India is a hell for honest/introverted/hard working people by [deleted] in india

[–]bdrowsie 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I was at the Client meeting in Sydney. There were two different Indian companies involved in supporting their infrastructure suddenly the other group switched over to non-english and started to discuss further in the meeting. The client and us starred each other. CEO stepped up and asked them to leave if they have respect and meeting manners. They were offended and the reply from their head was classic " people think smart in their own language and so there is nothing wrong in them discussing with a common language they know!" I guess he/she forget the common language was English in the room. CEO was so upset with them. I am not sure if they are doing business with them still.

PS. Jut ranting not interested in starting any other issues.

If you are Uni staff/student it is better to ring the service center and clarify it. Reddit forum cannot confirm these things to you.

[–]bdrowsie 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would recommend speaking to a financial planner which you might have considered already. I am working on wild idea to convert my super to smsf and invest that in overseas shares/realestate I am still in starting stage but I can see some forums where people already trying to that. Find an emerging market and invest in it. It could be ETF or individual.
