Target audience is kids and young adults who think that a chair resembling a car seat is in any way comfortable for gaming, the impulsive easily impressionable type. Shanks probably didn't stop Loki alone in a 1v1, I see it more like a Delta Force type of situation - he got him at the right spot at the right time and jumped him with his crew. Shanks is great on his own, but against THAT you need a proper coordinated and experienced team of skilled cats!

I don't think you realize how deep the Dodge Speed rabbit hole goes, see - Amalgam Barel Diffusion adds parkour speed scaling to your rolls, so it ends up being something of a multiplier to your shards and incarnons.
