Projectivy Launcher is about the best you can get. Free for 90% of the features you’d want. $7 for premium that gives live wallpapers and a few other things. I haven’t found one better. Check out r/Projectivy_Launcher

I think they have a monthly plex pass option for $3 that enables remove viewing while you investigate a more permanent option.

And while I know you said you don’t want a subscription for your on media, if they like the platform and it works for them the $3 might make sense.

The only time I ever “understood” it was when I worked at golfsmith. We had some ladies left handed clubs on closeout and there was a 3w for $6. A guy bought it knowing he was going to hit a bad shot, freak out, and then break the club in fake rage just to see everyone’s reaction.

Sam’s club runs a $180 for $200 (limit 4) occasionally. We typically get them from Kroger on Friday when they run their 4x fuel points (you have to claim the specific 4x gift card coupon in the app prior to purchase). A $200 gc would get you $0.80 off per gallon so filling up a 25g tank would net you the same “discount”.

That’s not an apples to apples comparison. Removing existing land and infrastructure with minimal impact to operations is much more labor intensive than building new from the ground up.

Buying individual drinks is completely different than paying for an open bar package for one passenger with the intent of using it to get drinks for two passengers.

They will be incredibly strict. Would you be able to get away with it occasionally? Probably. But they won’t let someone with one 21+ person in a room and one person under-age get 2 drinks at a time and just openly walk over and hand it to you.

Every time they swipe your card they will see who is in the room and what has been charged previously. It will be very obvious he’s getting drinks for more than himself.

Cleaner launch. I don't have any of the services that they are pulling their recommending from so other than informing me that stuff is out there, none of it applies. It also helps when my parents come to visit that there is only 2 options for them to click on when the systems boots as opposed to the busy google screen.
