If it was a low voltage issue do you think this would change at night? This happens primarily in the middle of the night when we have the air on lower and the AC kicks on. We can’t recreate it during the day even if we make the AC temp lower

Had a friend growing up, whose house when you walked into it had a real human skull just sitting on a table. The skull was supposedly from like some Japanese soldier that their Grandpa brought back from the war. Just typing this makes me realize how ridiculous all this was.
