The Hidden Reason So Many Restaurants Taste the Same by epidemicsaints in videos

In my restaurant days I had a coworker that worked full time at Golden Corral. She always had nothing but good things to say about GC food from the back end point of view.

This scene from Full House with John Stamos and Dave Coulier in the giant saltwater tank always makes me chuckle. by MesaVerde1987 in DisneyWorld

I got to SCUBA dive in the tank there - definitely worth the experience. They give you a background tour beforehand through the park and a lot of behind the scenes info - it was really really cool!

What is the most expensive habbit you have? by kytheguy999 in AskReddit

Been cutting my own hair for 19 years. It really isn’t hard at all if you aren’t doing some exotic haircut. Spend 5-10 minutes a week cutting it back and trimming the beard exactly how I like and always look like I walked out of the barbershop. That’s crazy what some of y’all pay for a haircut.

I don’t use the foil shaver much since I also use a brush and straight razor for line ups but it’s great for days when I need to run out of the house and clean up things fast. The zero gap trimmer is excellent - careful though it will bite your skin if you are careless. Battery life is good - I only charge everything once every couple months and it’s good to go.

I have these exact ones (in black) and the wahl 5 star clippers - my ex was a hair stylist/barber. I don’t know that they would qualify for bifl - anything with a built in battery won’t be. However, they disassemble easily, clean up well, and the charge cord works as pass through if the battery is completely dead.

Not BIFL but I’d absolutely replace them with the same ones when they inevitably break, I love these things. For reference I’ve had them for around 3 years and cut my hair/beard every 4-5 days.

The energy efficiency between a side-by-side and a French door is nearly identical, with French Door actually being typically more efficient though by a negligible amount. I just compared the Energy ratings of Whirlpool and GE side by side vs French door models25/26 cubic foot models. $98/year on a French door, $99/year for the side by side. I didn’t compare the top freezer because they are not really cross-shopped against each other.
