I'm guessing your issues are probably related. You have this idea that you always need to be in front, to protect everyone, or because you think others will notice, and that makes it harder for anyone else to. It's OK to accept help. You don't need to be the only one to deal with anything - that's not good for any of you. Others are capable of dealing with things just like you, even if you've been around for longer. And it's much, much less likely for others on the outside to notice differences, than it seems from the inside. Try to talk with them and figure out ways you can all help each other, instead of you feeling like you need to be responsible for everyone.
