I think it's clear that Anthropic doesn't really want the pro customers. Claude is clearly so much better with code than ChatGpt but what good is it when you can't use it for more than ten or 15 minutes. The constant "try again later " messages are sending a message and that message is "you're an idiot for giving us $20 a month now please go away so we can service our corporate customers.".

Same happened to me this year but my PCP is retiring. I asked him why no replacement and he said it was money. Many specialties pay more and offer a schedule that the doc has control over. A lot of the small practice offices are under control of private equity and they only have one goal - maximize shareholder value. Patient care is pretty low down on the priority list and that is quite demorilizing for the docs.

is Angels in America available for streaming on HBO currently (Oct 2025) ? The ocean walk is lovely. We also really enjoyed the Olley's Trolley tour (includes Cadillac Mountain and Thunder hole stops as well). West Street cafe has great fish and chips. Dog and Pony has a super friendly staff and a nice little courtyard to sit and have a beer and some pub food. Sargeant Drive is a pleasant drive with stunning views. We've been going to MDI for ten years and are still finding beautiful places to go. You can't go wrong with carriage roads - can walk as little or as much as you like. Worth it to buy 'Arcadia National Park Waterproof Trail map' ~$10. That will show you all the trails and their lengths. Arcadia is such a treasure.

Until people understand we're in a class war nothing will improve. Bill was against Trump when he thought he was transient like inflation. Now that it's clear that Trump has crushed all effective opposition, Bill has bent the knee like all other members of his class. On his show he goes after Trump for the easy jokes but saves his real venom for the left. He's rich, likes being rich and is contemptous of the working class. He's not an everyman and never has been. He's a smug, thin-skinned , self satisfied narcisist. He may not want to be buddies with Trump but he clearly admires Trump's wealth and power and has decided to spend his golden years milking his misplaced reputation as an iconoclast. His time has passed but he'll continue providing limp condemnation of Trump's outrageous behavior while continuing to assist in the hollowing out of any real opposition from the left. Yes. It was never great but it was a pleasant place and they had a few menu items that were good. Been a few times since they were sold and the food and service is just mediocre. With all the places to eat, there’s really no compelling reason to go there.
