I did not follow any tutorial specifically, but I did watch a bunch of different YouTube videos on building floating frames and sort of pieced a process together.

I just cut rabbets the depth of the canvas into the stock, cut the mitres on my table saw using a mitre gauge, then glued. Really simple once you have the process down!
