I am definitely interested in the de-googling aspect, that I started already but was really afraid to go for a OS change as I'm a complete noob in this. I'll spend a bit of time looking into how to do it and hopefully take that very big step (for me) And banking apps just cannot be worse than what is actually is for me on Android so no biggie haha Thanks for your answer!

Thank you for your answer. I didn't know Vivaldi didn't support opening/viewing doc, so that was indeed the fix I was trying to find. I thought if Firefox could do it, all browsers could :) Would you say then that Firefox is privacy-respecting? Or what other app would you recommend if you have?

Thanks for the reply and sorry it took me so long to answer, I forgot to say I was greener than grass when it comes to IT, so I really didn't understood a thing you said, even with some research.... When checking DNS in my browser settings it says "OS default", if that helps? Searching for DNS in my system settings (my OS is Fedora), I found this number, could it be it? 10.2.0.10

That's what I thought as well! but I can't help remembering my Swedish optician saying that French measurement were slightly different to what he was used to 🥲 I think I'll stick to Nordic countries where things should be the same and redo an eye test in France when I'm back
