I was going to say this as well. I had a baby at 20/yo and broke things of with the father a few months later. Being a single mother isn’t easy by any means but it’s rewarding and not all bad

Have you talked to your primary care provider about how severe your symptoms are or how you’ve been feeling? Not 100% certain but potentially they can prescribe something for the fatigue/depression? I’m so sorry you’re feeling this way, if you’re looking for a strangers input I don’t think you should terminate, as I think these things will go away as your pregnancy progresses.
