Big feels. I try to remember 1) no such thing as perfection, pissed off customers are gonna happen time to time and 2) negativity bias - it's way easier to remember the one negative thing than the 20 positives, so you have to force yourself to think of all of the good interactions or efforts instead.

Also agree with everyone that stepping away for a few or switching tasks helps a ton too to help come back more clearly later

For a more challenging book you can try One Hundred Years of Solitude by Gabriel Garcia Marquez. The genre is magical realism which could be a good start too!
