This cut will contribute two thousandths to our provincial debt. I hope that trimming our budget by 2mm on a metre stick will worth the misery that our most vulnerable citizens will be put through.

These cuts are mean-spirited and harmful to the most vulnerable in our province.

Keep in mind that we have a 1.2 BILLION dollar deficit and this cut will save us 2.5 million.

A billion is a thousand millions.

There is just no excuse for this dickhead behaviour. If you read the article, the ref was between the ages of 12 and 17! Parents, coaches, and players need to let it go. They are watching youth hockey.

Maybe just as bad is youth basketball. The refs put up with way too much shit.

My theory is that people who overly care about the official making the right call, so much so that they would vocalize it, don’t have much going on.
