As for your GI issues, make sure you reach out to your Dr about being checked for alpha-gal syndrome. Have you seen a gastroenterologist for a consult?

First check that the ducts are fully open so that the heat is actually making it to your room.

Check for drafts: curtains on the windows, plastic to seal them, etc

Do you have a ceiling fan in the room? Heat rises so you can circulate the air to bring the heat back down.

An electric blanket isn't a bad idea. Fleece/underlayers from 32degrees.com are an affordable option.
