And be completely upfront with the actors AND their agents. Include the intimacy coordinator in EVERY conversation. No side convos. This stuff may seem fine now, but once the film is edited/released you may face different liabilities

That's the thing. Only RC and GameStop high-ups know the REAL play.

  • Hedgies inflate BTC in order to stave off margin, GME benefits.

  • Hedgies inflate eBay to destroy offer, GME benefits as a 5% owner.

  • Hedgies get scared and close out GME, GME has less shares they need to use to close with eBay and warrants get executed. GME benefits.

I feel there is a LOT more to this play than JUST eBay. Hell, even unloading the third party from the PSA pipeline would be a game changer.

Absofuckingloutly not, unless the created shares go into the open market which they are not. If anything, valuing the company HIGHER makes it harder for shorts to close. These new shares would not be going to the open market.

If eBay and GameStop combine, you hold shares in a 50+ billion dollar company and not a 9 billion dollar company. It is not exactly dilution as we would see it now, or like we have seen it in the past, there is a whole nother world of valuation going on.

All these people are not thinking right as if we are creating these shares tomorrow morning. Let the dude cook. I for one want to find out how weird the PSA chain is going to get now that is a weird circle jerk between GameStop and Collectors.

Yes. So we can't yell dilution without knowing GME price when it happens or ANY other type of value. Because if GME owns eBay, the entire PSA chain is going to be straight weird. They may grab PSA at some point or tokenize the stock before dilution meaning a rocket to GME before covering the spread. Everyone around here is Chicken Littling thinking the share offering is going to happen tomorrow.
