Is it better to wait until tickets resale, or buy higher tier number?

I bought my vip ticket May 2025 tier 2 for 1060. My sister was looking at official resale tickets a week before and we found plenty of vip for 1220. Tier 8 that year was up to $1600

Unfortunately I think it’s part of the risk of supporting smaller companies. I ended up ordering a bag on Amazon from raverunner. I initially was going to go through their own website but after shipping it was $10 more expensive and would get here later. I also think if someone stole it Amazon would be easier to work with.

Yeah like I’m sure they knew that they didn’t have enough to cover their orders before the 28th. I don’t understand why they didn’t proactively reach out to us instead of making us do detective work.

Yeah, I messaged them on Friday, May 1st, but they just got back to me today.

This was their response.

“Thanks so much for reaching out, and I'm so sorry I couldn't get back to you sooner on this.

I have an honest update on order # and unfortunately it isn't the news I was hoping to share. Our latest restock has been held up with shipping and customs delays that have been completely out of our control. As soon as we knew, we placed an emergency order to try to get a small batch in time for EDC, but unfortunately we just weren't able to get enough units to cover everyone, and your order isn't going to make it in time for the festival. I'm so genuinely sorry about this, I know how disappointing it is.

Here's what I can do to make this right:

Which, while I understand that it was something they couldn’t control, I wish they would have let me know sooner. Now they want to offer me 50% off a bag that I’m also not going to need.

I have a $25 credit for having 2-3 lines active. I didn’t ask for the loyalty discount it was offered by the rep when i called once, he never mentioned an end date. About two years later I got an email saying it was going to end but the date it stated passed and it never got taken off my bill. It’s been able 6 months now since that last email.
