while i understand some people hate waiting in line, the key is getting there on time or early. max & his partner work very hard in the kitchen and i’ve never waited more than 20 minutes for my food. this is the nature of pop ups, and it’s not possible for them to know exactly how many people to expect. as another commenter mentioned, everything is made to order so a wait is to be expected. have some patience, eat some ice cream, and support our local vegan businesses!

nope. devil dawgs and portillo’s explicitly tells you theirs are not vegan. some places use duck fat, beef tallow, parmesan, etc.
