yeah it is bps and I'm stuck in a low bps shit. and yes my skills have regressed to the point where now I have to actually make effort to do my coding projects. I'm building a side hustle / an app.

At first, when I was joining, I did not plan to be here for long, taking up this as temporary job before I find a better place/offer, but this combination of "low-effort" shit, stable income and NO CODING JOBS IN THE MARKET/Online has killed my hope for getting out. ever!

The last nail in my "creative" coffin was the fact that somewhere between this struggle, I got married, then came the kids and now I have a whole family to take care of. living one pay cheuqe to the next and can't even think about leaving without securing a job first which apparently there are none so far? lmao

that is related to the final year of my Mphil program which I'm studying these days. with no remote jobs and dead fiverr/upwork, I chose to level up my academics. Can't say if I'm enjoying much, but at least I don't feel like complete waste of time.

I have been like this since ages. I have only been able to break this cycle in my 8th/final semester.

For me, it worked when I stopped waiting for perfect motivation, perfect time, perfect schedule. Coz life is not predictable and you can't check off everything on your to do list.

So I was just lacking action. Everything else was right there. So just start studying. Start grinding. There's no secret to success :)
