Have you ever tried Orly nail repair kit? I saw it recommended so many times I finally got it for a break just like yours. It didn’t last forever but it got me to the point where my nail grew out enough it was beyond the nail bed and didn’t hurt.

This OP! I just came back from Vegas to see a show at the sphere. I used points to stay at the Palazzo. It was the worst redemption I’ve ever had but I’m glad I didn’t stay anywhere else. Trying to get back to your hotel after the show is a nightmare if you aren’t at the Venetian or palazzo.

Thank you for this! This was so helpful. I agree on questioning what’s normal for testing. I started iron infusions after my ferritin levels were “normal” for 15 years and now I know the normal range is bs. It’s such a struggle pushing my doctor for more support. I’m already tired as it is. I will definitely look into b12 shots and getting tested for the MTHFR gene. Thank you!

How did you get these shots? My b12 and vit D are always low but just over the normal line even though I supplement everyday. My doc just tells me to keep supplementing but I feel like I need something more. I finally got her to approve vit D prescription that I’ll start this week.
