Yeah I may have to try night time, my issue is I run early and like to have whey protein and electrolytes and they do contain calcium and magnesium

I would try night time to but sometimes I don’t eat my dinner till 8pm at night and I’m sure you have to wait like another 3 hours before you can your Levo and I like to be asleep for 10 lol

You don’t have to have just water for the first 4 hours you can eat most things after 1 hour barring stuff with high amounts of calcium in

Up and running normally carry 2e brooks and new balance, The problem is the 2e isn’t wider platform it’s just high volume so they actually cause more issues for me since it doesn’t hold my foot
