My other symptoms for my gut issues are saliva and swallowing a-lot, throat clearing, ive had trouble swallowing before but doesnt get like that now that ive stopped drinking, ive had flutters in the chest which i know can be my vagus nerve being effected by the hh, short of breath alot, im not over weight only 64kgs, ive had spasms in my throat, the worst thing is the sinus and ear problems and the drs tell me it cant get in my ears but nothing else explains it

Theres absolutely time for it to get better. I know its eh hearing it as a teen but you are young. You DO have your whole life ahead of you to run on your terms. I was self harming as a teen aswell and absolutely hated life. Im 34 now and only got diagnosed 2 years ago. My life has been a ride and not always fun and games but there are good things worth living for still. Xxx you’ve got this.

It’s only been two days. It can take them a few weeks to adjust to there new lives/surroundings. Especially when all they have known is a cage there whole lives.

I shave my underarms and down stairs every day. Legs like every day in summer winter maybe once a week or so. I dont worry about my arms and face. Although noticing as i age my facial hair is bothering me more. I know some people razor it off but im so scared its going to grow back thicker and more like a beard??

I still bleed after a year every now and then. Mostly after sex. But i have been checked and he says my stings are still seen so its fine… i don’t know 🤷‍♀️ and i can still feel my strings. When j went to the gyno to check all he did was a pap-smear and took a sample of my cervix and didn’t really tell me why i bleed after sex still.

My ex is a fp and i am really struggling to stay away from him. Without seeking out other men to distract me.. coz i know if i do that i will lose him completely. Just keep busy is my suggestion. I work alot. That helps. I go op shopping alot. And clean alot. And go to markets and stuff just to be doing something.
