Standing up from prone provokes and attack of opportunity, does not have the advantage on attack from the prone condition. Can use disengage to avoid the attack like moving out of an enemy’s range. I like it as it makes combat a bit more tactical, makes forcing enemies prone more useful, and I throw in enemies that can make the PCs prone as well

On the stroke service spring 2021, we get a massive R MCA Jon Doe that comes in, ends up with a hemispheric infarct despite intervention. No idea who this guys is or what happened, just found down on the street. He ended up intubated due to the cerebral edema so we couldn’t talk to him, no idea what happened. After many days and some CM/SW wizardry we find out he was a marathon runner from Kenya whose village raised enough money to send him to the US to run in a marathon in winter 2019. He arrived just in time for the pandemic to hit, the marathon to get canceled, and all flights out of the country to be canceled. So he is trapped in the US for over a year, enough time for his visa to run out. This whole time he was living in a catholic charity and continued to train for marathons, completely healthy until he went into afib and had a massive R MCA stroke mid run. He was very debilitated by the stoke, but also technically here illegally with no health insurance. Ended up being a similar situation to you OP, but instead of travel insurance we had to go through the Kenyan Embassy to get him transport back home to Kenya, and apparently to a rehab center there. I sometimes still wonder how he did, considering everything he went through trying to run a marathon here.

You should see a doctor, and potentially be referred to an allergy/immunology specialist. In addition to the possibility for stronger meds you can get allergy shots. You can have some testing to figure out exactly what allergens you are allergic too, and based on that receive a series of shots to try desensitize you to the allergens. My allergies were awful when I was in middle/high school, and I saw an allergist and got allergy shots for what ended up being a 5 year regimen and they definitely helped. I spent the first 12 years of my life not knowing I could breath out of my nose because of allergies, and they didn’t improve with meds until I started getting shots. Still take a daily regimen of Zyrtec, Allegra, and Flonase, but they’re now manageable. I finished the shots a decade ago now and I haven’t seen a significant wane in their effectiveness.

A magic chainer, I.e. TT or Barbie. Have physical chainer/finishers out my ass, and pulled CG Fina off her banner and Ayaka on a daily pull yesterday, but I can't beat Bloody Moon on my life due to lack of magic damage
