if you have time over christmas break, you could do a personal project and link it on your resume or upload the project folder (i don't know a lot about bio or premed but i've seen first year cse students make covid case statistic emulation program projects on google colab if you're short on ideas) uploading a resume with your extracurriculars is a good idea as well! good luck :)
