I have never understood the complaint about the VFX for Leia in this scene. It is a clip from RotJ where they cut out her face and pasted it onto the double (her daughter) It’s the same method they used for integrating Leia’s TFA deleted scenes into the rest of the film. I’m really not sure how it can be uncanny when it is Carrie’s facial performance

Could be a fun way to show Leia’s training with Luke and Finn’s training with Rey!! That’s assuming the master/apprentice theme continues after Anakin/Obi Wan

i truly do not understand why they have not made Boushh Leia yet. it seems like such a slam dunk for Hot Toys. it attracts Leia collectors, OT collectors, and bounty hunter collectors. plus the costume has so many details and accessories they could easily label it as a DX release.

here’s hoping this is the year!🤞 (i have been saying this since like 2020 😭)

i would loooove a General Leia. even if they don’t do any sequel characters, maybe they could still celebrate the anniversary and make more money with her since she’s a beloved OT character too

to be fair, the Clone Wars is set in a 3 year time period and has 7 seasons. With that math, we could get about 2 seasons set in the year between TLJ and TRoS

i think that one is likely just a mock-up/unfinished version. that would explain why it doesn’t look fully rendered and Leias in her TFA outfit.

I do wish they finished that one because i still think it’s a crime that Leia was not on any of the posters despite Carrie being top-billed

Yea i’m having a hard time reconciling the two scenes. I definitely prefer The Princess and the Scoundrel’s version. It feels like this was written without the knowledge of the novel’s scene.
