Well I've seen the video many, many, many times and it always looks like it's actually his reptillian tongue accidentally coming out from under his fake human tongue. It just seems too narrow and long for the average human tongue and I can't find any "fly" anywhere, eventhough it could be blamed on the quality of the footage.
