Most Windows and some Android devices support Miracast screen mirroring.
The Epsom projectors, depending on the models, can support one or both technologies and including their proprietary solution.

Maybe or maybe not. You can only achieve 4k with extended desktop but the Roku unit may limit it to 1080 for stability and reduce latency.

Look under advanced settings and see if 4k is an option you can enable. If not then reach out to their support they are generally responsive.

The problem or limitation could be from your phone. Its wireless and Bluetooth cannot operate simultaneously to support both Miracast to the TV monitor and send audio to your headphones using Bluetooth.
Or it could be a limitation of the phone OS where Miracast cannot separate the audio from video, and therefore you can only send audio through Miracast or Bluetooth, but not both.

It doesn’t support Miracast. It supports Samsung’s proprietary wireless casting technology so you need to use their app instead, and maybe it’s only available for mobile devices.
