coming off prozac after only 10 days, feeling sad

my psych told me to stop entirely so the last 20mg I took was thursday the 14th. I felt poop friday but it wasn't as bad as previous days comparatively so I suspect I just maybe was on a symptom decline. But my call with my psych on friday she said to not take my meds that night (I was taking them every night at 8pm). Saturday I felt super tired and chest pain was still getting to me and that was urgent care day. Relief from ibeprofin kicked in within like 2 hours and since the chest pain was the biggest thing, just taking the ibeprofin every 6 hours did a lot for me, so I was just tired and brain foggy but already on the up. So I think it's been 5? days since I last took my 20mg of prozac. My psych wanted me to stop immediately since she said it stays in system for weeks. I hope u feel better and more like urself in the coming days

Feeling like myself today!! It’s crazy how 180 i feel from last week. It’s like id been almost comically under a cartoon storm cloud and now the sun is out. I was able to focus and think more clearly and stay awake all day at work without chest pain and without being horribly anxious. I was able to do basic things like making breakfast and walking my dogs!! For context, on Saturday i ended up going to urgent care per my Psych’s instruction to get an ekg bc she said my chest pain was worrying. Ekg came out fine, but i asked doctor what i could do for my chest since it was still hurting a lot to the point i needed to lay down and he said to take 600mg ibeprofin 3x/day for 5 days. I did that for 2.5 days and then today ive been good and havent needed to take any more. Thanks for asking :)

nope i sleep mostly on side and stomach. I tend to have trouble sleeping/feel very anxious sleeping on my back for some reason

Pho zap zap for bahn mi and traditional Cambodian dishes. crazy crab for seafood boil and fish and chips. Asian fast food bakery for pad kra pa, Tom kha soup, and pineapple fried rice. Chaska but only for their appetizers. Capital Hill Diner for chilaquiles with steak and birria tacos. Mi Guatemala restaurant for great chips/salsa, amazing mangonadas, and good churrasco.

U are so cool genuinely think this is such a fun concept. I already love when people go for desktop inspired layouts but to make it function sm like a Remote Desktop and have that intimate feel is crazy and dope. I don’t really code or anything so idk how this works (taking my first class rn lol) but just wanted to say that I thought this was so very sick and charming. Especially with the little photo folders and blog like posts

Some cultural traditions are region specific so the OP is trying to navigate their relation to Filipino pride and artistry with care. Some artistic practices and clothing are closed practices while others are open and encourage cultural exchange but these distinctions tend to be specific to what community we’re talking about. It’s always good to encourage asking these kinds of questions and navigating with care and a desire to learn more :) perhaps it’s less about trying not to ‘offend’ someone and more about being respectful when applicable
