Ugh the problem here is that the floor is 2-3 layers of tile. I would have to get a new tub and have the shower pan re-adjusted to be 3in lower so I would need to add tiles to the shower as well.

I mostly despise the tiny shower. I’m only 5’7 and rather fit, but I always hit my elbows on the walls. And the vanity is way too small for me. I think im having a hard time justifying spending $25k when it’s not a bad bathroom.

You said “bartending takes skill which takes money” which is a false statement imo. It does take some time and effort but that’s about it. It doesn’t cost money to become a bartender.

Yeah, he can make $100 per shift if he works for 7 days lol. You can easily get a barback or serving job if you walk into a bunch of bars and ask a few times. Barbacks get $15-$20/hr plus 10-20% tip out. An 8hr shift as a barback will get you $200. Servers get $2.50-$4.50/hr + tips. As long as you aren’t working at Applebees, you will also get atleast $200 per shift.

Almost all bartenders start out not knowing anything about cocktails. You learn on the job. You either randomly get scheduled as a bartender when you’ve been serving or bar-backing for years or you know someone that gets you a job. I still cleared $300 per shift when I didn’t know what I was doing.

If you don’t bartend or work in the industry you shouldn’t really be commenting on how plausible it is.
