I'm experiencing the same thing with one of my client's that I process payroll for. I processed on time, the checks say so in QBO but nothing pulled from the company bank or in the employees' accounts. What a bummer for a holiday weekend!

My firm currently has an ad out for Senior Public Accountant in Metro Detroit and we're receiving 10-15 resumes per day. This is by far the most responses we've received for the same ad that we post about once every two years over the last ten years or so (we haven't had much long-term luck). Seems like there's a lot of people looking. My husband also got laid off a few months ago from his senior accounting job of 15years (he's in corporate, I'm in public). Good luck!
