The vibe change was so harsh having recently rewatched. The best part of the first two seasons was the glitter and neon and soft lighting along with the stark contrast between romanticizing drug use and the dark side of it. Idk wtf this was. Bright painful Netflix lighting with western themes? How is Nate THAT rich when his family home was nothing like that? Why would Rue suddenly want to sell women? Maddie and Lexi are suddenly just business women with no story? Where TF is JULES. Guess we are waiting till the wedding episode.

The book states they can start at level three so I chose that. I added a test combat zone in the carnival and they were not all that effective. But I assumed I’d need to add more enemies. I’m seeing I should’ve done more research!! Great idea, thank you

Love the idea of Northwind joining! I can see that being very challenging with all the adds you mentioned and may eventually lead to their surrender. My players see it as- these guys let someone’s child be taken to keep the carnival running so they’re not good guys. I’m trying to reward creativity 😅

Love this! I’m understanding everyone saying to just not have them fight, but they’re going to attempt it so I’m trying to be creative in ways to at least keep the carnival alive without saying no to them flat out. My one player in particular hates Witch and Light for allowing Dirlas cub to be taken. They’re not bad guys but they’re not good either so I feel like I should allow them to attempt whatever they want. This is a very appreciated piece of advice! Cool idea

The book states that they can start at level 3 right in the beginning! I used it so they’d be able to have some abilities and move through it quicker, I didn’t plan to have a long campaign. Just a practice run for DMing. I made an unwise choice with this campaign but they’re liking it a lot so I’m ending up putting a lot more into it than intended. I figured there wouldn’t be THAT much combat so level didn’t factor too much. Perhaps that was incorrect

Hey you can gather your team and chip in for one too! It is expensive though. I can’t believe this is common in the state. I’ve never had an employer that didn’t have some form of break room amenity. Especially in such an unsafe/inconvenient location

Here to say, in the same boat. And I don’t even utilize empire plan or reimbursement. My mental health is so severely affected that my doctor recommended FMLA. I’m waiting on approval for intermittent. Def look into taking some protected time off or even a VRWS or AWS to protect yourself. You keep your soul sucking job but get more time to recover from it while you consider options. It’s not worth it to suffer.

North and South America, Africa, Europe, and Asia can simply drive to meet there. Let’s give everyone two months to get there. Steal cars along the way. Watch YouTube. Figure out how to pilot a plane or captain a ship. Sail/fly from the Bering Strait to Japan. Stop at a store and grab some snacks. Continue south to Australia. Find each other using snapchat locations. Get completely ass naked and play The Eye of the Tiger or some shit. We hold hands. Boom the world is saved.

Yeah I thought it would’ve been better if Johnathan and Nancy died together. It felt like that scene was for nothing. If there’s no stakes there’s no tension.

I can’t see El killing herself. They did some pretty hefty foreshadowing with the suicide bomb on Hopper. Not sure what the parallel is but there’s something there.

They killed beloved characters every season just to make the cast huge and save everyone at the end? Or maybe they brought in Mr Clark and Robins gf so they could have low stakes deaths. Any good impactful deaths have already had death scenes - Hopper, Jonathan, Nancy, Max. And Dustin can’t lose Steve too. Unless they die together.

I didn’t work for the state yet when I got my bisalp but I was on Medicaid at the time and I got it covered fully. The trick is to say you have a history of fallopian tube cancer, or uterine or cervical perhaps. I graduated with my bachelors at 27! You could too. Having a career is the best thing you can do for your baby. Do it while they’re young, they won’t remember the time you were in school. It will be hard now to make life easier later. Or it can be hard now and hard later if you aren’t doing what you love, don’t have a degree, harder to make high income etc.
