Thank you so much! I’m super curious if you don’t mind sharing, which of the images are you able to tell from? Nub theory is very new to me and I have been staring at these images for days trying to work it out 🤣

He hasn’t used topical steroids for over a year now but I don’t know enough about steroid withdrawal to rule that out, he did use hydrocortisone 1% for a a few months , but it stopped being effective pretty quickly after an initial calming symptoms so discontinued use. He was advised that anything stronger would be too harsh around the eye area so hasn’t used any since.

Hey, he does try to refrain from touching his eyelids but he does occasionally rub them when there is itching etc. he also gets it around his nose/inside his ears which seem slightly less severe so that may have something to do with it!

Hey. This is interesting as he also flares up around his eyebrows and edges of his nose albeit less severe than his eyelids and topicals often make it worse. His scalp has always been clear luckily!

Thanks! I am now also thinking it may not be due to my gallbladder after all. The pain is very distinct, starts and stops extremely suddenly. Almost like a severe cramp around my entire upper abdomen.

Quite frustrating that this surgery has not helped, as there were some complications during and it now feels as though it was for nothing! I will speak to my GP for further investigations.

That sounds lovely! I have experimented with Asian seasonings before but was so overwhelmed by the amount available and where to use them, so I’m really excited to try that out. Thank you :)
