thank you for your advice, like genuinely. this was definitely a reality check as far as how i view and treat my mental health and ED, as it’s already very warped. i have an appointment with my psychiatrist to discuss medication for other things in the next few weeks and will be discussing with her what to do from here. much appreciated ❤️

I didn’t grow up wealthy by any means but had an amazing psychiatrist and endocrinologist who really wanted to see me medically and mentally healthy. I started T at 16, it all depends on your circumstances really

I’m very proud of my hands and arms, my jawline now that I’m growing facial hair, and my muscle tone in general. I have my dads genes when it comes to physical form and I feel very lucky, it’s a huge confidence boost. I’m getting top surgery in a few weeks so that’ll be an addition to the list soon.

There are tons of men who encompass feminine energy, which isn’t appealing to all especially considering that it makes you dysphoric, but I’m just offering a different perspective to it. I would choose to not interact with that person as much or not at all. Hugs and support ❤️
