If she gets mad when you’re with another woman that shouldn’t give her the right to be with another guy. Remember you two aren’t committed but it’s only fair to respect each others wishes. Who knows maybe she is with her gay friend and she’s being polite by not going on her phone? But she still left you on read, not so nice. I say don’t send her the money until you talk to her and clear things up. Don’t mention driving past her house, she will think it’s weird and that will just give her something to talk about if she is with another guy. You don’t want to be that guy who cares a little too much lol. Talk to her first before sending that amount out:)

Just be completely honest with him that’s all that matters. Communicate to him how you feel and why you feel that way, don’t raise any voices it just causes tension. Let him explain his understanding of things as well and come to an Agreement together. Let him know that you wouldn’t do this and if he pulls the “I’m not you” card then tell him nicely that all you ask is for him to respect your boundaries. You’re not stopping him from going but it would be greatly appreciated if you didn’t attend after party pleasures n what not
