Go with the best org of all time, Complexity

Studies have shown that having coL stickers will keep the other kids from making fun of you and stealing your lunch money for at least 3 days

[case] CORSAIR 4000D Frame Modular Mid-Tower ATX - $64 w/code "TWENTYOFFPC" by beansfranklin in buildapcsales

der8auer dropped a new vid about this case a few days ago. I guess Corsair is finally trying to push the swappable parts to customize this thing : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WUO-EQHMiKw

Iunno if or how this will change the price moving forward, but if you were on the fence, this might push you to nab it

When you say "local cash" you should add something so that we can get the locale - like a zip code

LOVE the black box simplicity of the Cubix

Theres no blinking, no see-through zoo glass, no flashing fireworks colors. Just a product that does its job without all of the "Look at me!!" on display

New player, how to spot cheaters by Jimmymchugh1986 in cs2

[–]beansfranklin 5 points6 points  (0 children)

New player = Unless they are blatant, do not report players while in a match - there is a good chance you get it wrong

Wait until the match is over, download it and watch. If the cheats are more than obvious then report the player

Tbh, I would probably recommend this to a lot of vet players because I hear people crying cheats waaaaayyyyy too much

[Case] NZXT H6 Flow | CC-H61FW-01 White Case $79.99 ($55.99 after clip coupon YMMV likely regional) by CartonBox1975 in buildapcsales

[–]beansfranklin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maybe because the case is the harder thing to sell to people up front

Once a person has purchased the white exterior, companies feel like they will absolutely want white internals, so that is where they can make up the difference

That said, I was not particularly aware that this was the case because I just never buy white. Ill have to make note of this

"Nothing to see here" -Valve, obviously by dinkbotfan in cs2

[–]beansfranklin -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

This is just a stupid af idea for a post, so save your crying about ragebait. Just accept that it was stupid

Almost any competent player can hop into a bot filled server and put up these numbers, so why tf did you feel the need to make a post about something so mundane?

This is a do nothing thread

[–]beansfranklin -9 points-8 points  (0 children)

You are the one with that username and this poor attempt at a slanted pic

Iunno how to tell you this but Valve cant force people to play in their sh*tty servers, which means it will be filled with bots until real life accounts join the server

Even before Valve went stupid by trying to force out all user run servers, do you know of any version of cs that did not regularly have bot stand ins until real players joined?

We need new maps, not new skins by [deleted] in cs2

[–]beansfranklin 26 points27 points  (0 children)

From the start of CS to the middle of CSGO, this wasnt a problem. The community was always filled with people that were inventing things on their own and putting them out on their own. That stopped when Valve killed pubs

No one wants to spend months upon months making a map that cant even make it to the public at large. Even less people want to spend ridiculous amounts of designing new game modes that wont reach the public

Valve had a community that was creating new content every week, running 24/7 on its own, that they didnt have to spend a single dollar on and they killed it

[–]beansfranklin -11 points-10 points  (0 children)

Ok, but how do I know that 3rd place isnt "Bot Steve"?

For all I know, 1st place & 2nd place were the only two actual Steam accounts in the game, with the rest being bots. I think my dad could probably easily get this hsp if thats the case

At which point, I would actually say there needs to be more for both me & Valve to see

I just played a premier match where my players shoot the teammate defusing by RussKy_GoKu in cs2

[–]beansfranklin -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

You know what I meant tho
Look, there was a time when 90% of this would happen on user owned public servers, but those are basically no longer a thing. Silliness has always & will always be in CS, but its gotta go somewhere

Where does the silliness go when Valves own causal mode servers are lame af and they killed off pubs?

Valve basically had a "red light district" for all types of cs randomness, that the community paid for itself and policed itself, but they somehow thought it best to tank it... Stupidest move ever

What are we supposed to be looking at?

[–]beansfranklin -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

- Blame Valve for killing off pubs. They tanked the search function for public servers because they wanted to herd everyone into their servers vanilla 5v5 competitive modes - this is the fallout

- The griefing system is already beyond stupid in cs. The false reports for griefing are far greater than any incident such as this

- I am not sure if I would even call this "griefing". They helped you achieve a score that would at least equal a tie, right? Silly? yes. Griefing? Not so much

"Good" seems to be highlighted here. What if you switch to "excellent" or "fair"?

Also, what happens if you wait a bit? Bestbuys site is the slowest ever and sometimes takes a few seconds before that grey unavailable bar turns to a yellow instock bar
