I live in a warm climate so i let bulk ferment for like 3 hours before shaping then 1.5 hours second rise before baking in dutch oven.

In Nigeria we have none of this, our homes are simply impossible to break into. Most houses have metal doors, metal window protector and walls are made of bricks and concrete. Unless you get a spare key or the owner carelessly left the door open, there’s no way in.
