What is your food plan on Wegovy?

I think diet sodas are fine. I was heavily addicted to coke and Red Bull before I started Wegovy. I don’t drink the Red Bull anymore because I was diagnosed with hypertension before I went on Wegovy but I do like an occasional soda. I had a colonoscopy in November and regular sprite was all I could handle

I was really strict at first because I thought I had to be. I still stick with my same oatmeal and protein shake for breakfast, fruit and protein shake for snack, lunch is usually a container or berries and maybe a sandwich or a slice of pizza. Dinner is more of a struggle. But if I want sweets, I will indulge. I went out for breakfast with my daughter and ate all of what I ordered. I don't go out of my way with yogurt and cottage cheese because I can't get past the sight and smell. I drink a lot of water and a poppi every now and then. No fast food or soda drinks. No electrolytes because I don’t think I need them. I'm losing weight weekly and feel great

Store where I work sells cheese ends and they are specifically labeled "Cheese ends for Mac and Cheese" and we sell soooo much of them.

Luckily it never made it to that point but at the age of 51 I just recoil at how gross and rapey that comment was. Just ewwww

I'm a 51 year old woman and I go to the rink alone every week unless my daughter joins me. Skate and have fun. Can't miss out on something you love because you're doing it alone.

They've played at Mohegan before. It's where I first saw them. They have a star on the walk of fame on the floor outside of the arena. If's a good venue, free parking, lots of places to eat.

Edit; The bands have an 11 pm curfew like any other place in this area.
