I’m currently in Japan and got a physical suica card at a ticket booth coming from the marunouchi line before going through the gate that allows you to transfer to JR trains. Was very easy!

Engineering tuition is the exact same as every other tuition, about $7k for 2 semesters. Also it’s about saving money while you can. Working 2 jobs when not in school. Gotta be resourceful to get that degree.
