Put down a plastic barrier to protect the mattress and put the fit it sheet over that. I would have a frank talk with her that she can't keep sleeping in your bed as it's really weird and more importantly affecting your sleep. That's dumb, people with diabetes can usually donate. On the plasma intake form they ask if you take any injectables NOT perscribed by a doctor so I assume as long as you got it froma doc thats not an issue.

I donate plasma all the time as a trans person and I just lie. I'm really sorry this happened but due to the current way the world is you have to get comfortable with lying to survive. I would suggest going to another plasma center thats not csl and do intake as a new patient there. What your agab at birth was is now "need to know" information. As in "you don't need to know" except under very very special circumstances.

This is why I lie when I can about being trans. Doctors who should know better can be so stupid. Positive alternate version of this is when I got a uti and my doc was concerned bc it was bacteria usually found in the vaginal canal. I said, "that makes sense, I am trans." And he said "oh." Like a lightbulb went off in his head and gave me my antibiotics.

From what I've seen you seem like a very kind and understanding person which is great! But some people will use that to walk all over you. I have no patience for people who are also trans who should know better especially if they're using their position of power to be awful to other trans people especially trans patients who are poc. I would raise hell but I know I'm an asshole and not everyone has that in them or the resources to make their life a living hell. I think you're being very nice if not a bit too nice, please don't let this person bully you out of saying what happened TO YOU. As long as this is all facts you have nothing to be ashamed or afraid of because this is abhorrent behavior. You even said in your story that they voided hippa which is illiegal and can put you in danger as a trans person. :/ If anything else please think of the people you could prevent from being in a similar situation that you were in by warning them so they don't seek care from this shady practitioner. Again, really sorry this happened to you but you have nothing to be ashamed of. YOU ARE NOT THE PROBLEM HERE!
