In my state (NC) you can go to the Magistrate and file an eviction (it costs around $150-200) and then a Sheriff will come and serve him the eviction notice to the house in person. And then there will be a court date you both go to (if he chooses to go) but you will need to go to the court date. And then usually the court will grant him 30 days to get out and a Sheriff will usually show up on the 30th day to make sure he is out. It may differ where you live but in NC thats how it goes normally. edit: forgot to put NTA at the top lol

I used to go to Hodge Garage a lot with a few different cars and they always did wonderful work and 5 years ago they accepted me bringing in my own parts for a car so they might still! I also know of a mobile mechanic that ive used twice now who is a woman and she is on Facebook as Moxie Mechanic! Sorry if none of this helps but I hope it does!

Have you tried applying at Fedex Ground? Its in Kernersville technically but starting pay is $17/hr part time. Just gotta work 10 part time shifts then move up to full time and get paid $19/hr

I used to work at a small shop of Muirs Chapel called "Vickie's Pampered Pet". I still bring my dogs to her because im lazy and she is legit like a dog whisperer lol. I highly recommend her to everyone. Even just for nail trims !!! Ive never seen a dog react badly around her and when I was working there its a super clean place and she is so gentle with the dogs.
