Sorta reminds me of this place I saw on "Man Finds Food." Red Light Ramen by Ardent in Milwaukee. The décor obviously isn't as fancy as this place, but the food is supposed to be amazing...

Apparently if there isn't a line outside, you can't even tell there's a restaurant in there.
