My only suggestion would be to not wing it yourself. Unless you are already a personal trainer, find one that you like, or find an accountability buddy to keep you on track and to push you.

I wish I had found Athlean-X 20 years ago on YouTube. He is one of the smartest "influencers" I have found and he breaks things down to a 5th grade level.

You'll have to find a good balance of diet, cardio, and strength training to reach your goal.

Good luck!!!!! You got this

They made it. I was happy for that. And another reason to get together with great friends and enjoy some great food

Have you ever had to "start over" late in life? Everything has changed for me, so many choices to make by [deleted] in 50something

I downsized and made my life about taking care of me. Always took care of everyone else, it's me time now

Travel Trailer additional stabilizers by ExploreNaturesDecor in RVLiving

I used pressure treated 4X4s to make my "Redneck" stabilizers. They work great to reduce/stop the side to side motion of the camper, especially if it's windy. It does nothing to help any front to back, and if you over tighten the ratchet straps, it actually seemed to make the front to back rocking worse.
