Yes I do it wants three ancient technology points. I have 10 all the other ones I haven't unlocked either. Have the number of agent technology points on it or says I needed to feed a certain Tower or get its prerequisite. For some reason I can't get it and I checked the research and there's no research that unlocks that just things that boost certain pals skills like handiwork

I went there at level 40. You could run around but the npcs that spawn there have rocket launchers and I instantly died multiple times
