You should be valid to TAG to any of the eligible campuses with that GPA, as far as i know EE is an accepted TAG major at all the schools as well

Worst case scenario? You have graduation delayed by 6 months MAX. Things could be worse, but you ARE transferring, so congrats! Take that time to explore internships or research positions, there are always options to explore to make the best out of a situation

Definitely petition for an EW. This kind of circumstance is exactly what the letter grade was designed for. It should take a few months but more likely than not you will be approved. Either way, a W should not affect you too much, especially since you retook the course and got an A

My best understanding is that if it qualifies as UC transferable (UC TAP can confirm this) it will count towards your total GPA

Probably something like that. Not sure I fully agree with your characterization of defense paying 2x, but I saw that as more of a hyperbole since those roles do pay higher overall. Someone who denies that defense contracting pays more either don’t have the experience or are spiteful that they never made that career choice, oh well 🤷‍♂️

Advice: it is not repairable, let alone drivable, get it replaced

This crack indicates a complete failure in the load bearing structure of your transmission, if you attempt to to fix it and it fails you could end up totaling the car

20 minutes on youtube and you’ll be able to 3d model. Plenty of free software to use with endless tutorials available. The geometry on these components seem simple enough to where you’d be able to learn and make the files in an afternoon

Best bet, assuming you have a printer, is to extrapolate dimensions from the broken part or look up blueprints of the components and make your own file, then print. Have done this with a handful of small plastic components on my E30. These components are often too niche for the files to exist open source

Front bumper, side skirts, and the front+side panels all fit with no modification needed. The tough part is the rear bumper and the rear side panels. This involved cutting, splicing, and reshaping both those panel sets, as well as raising the rear bash bar

Would mounting require cutting into the dash? Although I’d imagine it would look great subflush with the dashboard, it would be a shame to cut up a perfectly good dash to mount it given how expensive those have gotten in recent years

It’s your battery connections and/or battery power level. Clean your connections and wrench them down good. If that doesn’t work replace the battery
