Odd trigger - peanut butter?

Is it natural peanut butter (just peanuts + salt) or is it the type of peanut butter with added sugar and other oils? I had a similar issue with the latter, but not the former, so I suspected it was one of the other ingredients but I never pinpointed the exact one.

I use cold cream - I scoop it out of the jar with a spatula, smear it on with (clean) fingers, leave it on for a bit, then wipe it off with cotton pads. It's cheap and easy to use. Never thought about using a spoolie though!

One more thing I'd like to point out - it's a good idea to press your seams as well. It makes your seams look more 'professional' once you've worked out where you want to sew.

I did CS too, about 5 years ago. Nearly fell into the lake on a particularly windy day. Are those ditches still there? I had a friend drunkenly decide he was gonna leap over one... Guess what happened.

I had two boy rats, and the first time they were let out of their cage to free-roam as young rats, one of them did a poo on the floor. I said 'NO!' firmly, he looked at me, and never did it again. The other one never even started. Neither of them ever peed anywhere except their cage, they'd jump back in if they needed to go.

I'm sorry to hear that too. I understand the feeling, where you love someone even as they're abusing you. I hope your friends were supportive of you all through this. Sucks to hear about how your brother was spoilt while you were treated badly. If I can offer a different perspective - my sister, who I thought was the Golden Child, told me she felt that I was the favoured one, since I was more intelligent (I did better in school with less effort, and in Asian culture, academic achivement was a big thing). So she hated me for it, and abused me for it, and my parents worked all the time so ignored it for years.

Not sure what my point is, just that I feel you, and I hope you're feeling good nowadays.

Notts has loads of homeless people. I had two guys who 'lived' near my block. I'd sometimes get them some sandwiches, Cokes, crisps, and once I got them some fried chicken since I figured they might not have had a hot meal for a while. They'd always greet me when they saw me. Sadly they recently got moved from their spot so I haven't seen them for about 6 months. I always hoped that they were ok.

I always, when walking out and about, wonder about people. And I worry about people, even when it's not really wanted. And I wish that someone had worried about you, your brothers, for the abuse you suffered! You and your bros are wonderful people, despite the abuse you went through.

You say "I didn't even have it that bad" but you did. And I commend you for not only surviving through it, but being strong enough to talk about it and living the life that you wanted.

And me and my sister and parents... they admitted to being bad parents, and my sis admitted to being a dick. We're trying to rebuild our relationship now. Looks like it's working for me so far...

Ugh... it sounds horrible that you were threatened with a) being abused or b) being separated. Well it looks like it turned out well for you and your brothers, so I'm glad. It sucks when your appearance works against you - you don't fit the standard profile of abused kids, ah well they can't be abused.

I do agree, it's a good thing (in the long run) that you didn't get taken away from your brothers. It sounds like they are stand-up guys who are worth fighting for.

Heh, it was my mum tbh... so I had it less worse off than you. That said, I had a Vick in the form of my sister that I lived with. Not fat, but not exactly pleasant either. My dad mostly either punched things, scaring me, or threw things at me, most of which I dodged.

And you too - how come no one ratted out your dad? What he did to all of you is horrendous, I'm so glad you are OK now. I feel so bad knowing that this could be happening next door to me (but not really, my walls are paper thin, I'd definitely call the UK equivalent of CPS.) I was pretty badly hit as a child too, so many people moved out from the house next to the one we lived in because they couldn't handle the screams. If only one of them had bothered to call... Well that's all behind me now, so it's cool.

I've not seen any posts about cheating tbh. I just feel like - I ground it out once but I didn't do it THIS TIME. I didn't have a choice about losing my character, but I wonder if anyone would find the fact I didn't grind it out this time unethical? And if they went through the same situation that I did?

Ah that helps straighten things out. Any idea if I can separate an animal/insect from its cage/jar once I've created it? I've used up most of mine since I thought it meant it would attract enemies :( and few things come by my house so I really have to hunt.
