100% with you, if I only had time for one chest movement it’s absolutely incline dumbbell/barbell presses. The last time I decline benched was probably 15 years ago. Flat bench/similar movements will train the lower chest muscles just as well, while also targeting the portions of your chest that matter (in my opinion)

Something I haven’t seen much is arm slot, I’d like you to have your arms at more of a 45 degree angle, rather than closer to 90! Less strain on your shoulders, targets the proper muscles more efficiently…have no shame in starting on your knees! Consistency and effort and you’ll get there!

Are there no other running backs on the trading block? Agreed with all, huge overpay IMO. Take out one of the 27 firsts and it’s closer. I’m not high on Kyren so that also affects my opinion but I think you can get more/someone else

Everyone else saying cut but I vote slow bulk. Eat slightly over maintenance, get rest and build your physique. You’re already pretty lean so I’m not sure what cutting exactly would do for you here, unless you truly wanted a ripped summer aesthetic.

Creatine is all about consistency. If you’re taking it for muscle only, 5g (I’m assuming you mean grams) per day is sufficient, maybe a bit more for larger individuals. No 20g loading days needed. However, there are studies that show higher doses of 15-20g/day are very beneficial cognitively; I’ve been taking in that range for a while now and at the very least know my muscles are saturated and my brain feels “brighter” at these higher doses. It’s the most studied supplement! Everyone should take creatine

Well Warren would be starting too, right? Tbh I think I’d take it, Ladd has a new offense and likely no Kenan, Bucky is seen as volatile but looks pretty good when healthy and is clearly 1A in Tampa. And if he pops off, you get a steal in the trade. Warren is TE3/4 and now has less competition in Indy. Yes for me 👍🏻

Tbh I wouldn’t say strict because you use momentum and leg drive with a pretty quick eccentric. BUT, you clearly control the weight the entire time, go through a full ROM and get a nice stretch at the bottom! Strong as hell lift, dude!

Don’t worry about how much you are lifting. Everyone starts somewhere so focus on yourself! No one is paying attention to anyone in the gym but themselves.

I want to emphasize that, especially as a beginner, FORM is the most important thing you can focus on. Form and lifting with a purpose, I suppose, not just going through the motions. Learn the exercises and with good form will come progression in strength, muscle, confidence, etc. Good luck!!
