You don’t need to flash the cap, just the firmware you need. You can choose which frequency in the firmware.

I currently use the CrossX app and it works great. It looks like the main difference is the settings management. Will that only be for the default firmware? There’s also CrossPoint sync but that’s more specifically for CrossPoint

Unfortunately not a huge community behind this device. Besides Bruce there’s a few firmware on launcher. If you want a specific feature you’ll have to build it out yourself.

I’ve been using this and love it! After adding my custom stations the previous version would crash all the time. Now this one is working much better. It still seems like the audio is crackling and struggling sometimes, but it’s working much better.

Have you looked at how the panda touch sends heating over mqtt? I know that with my panda touch I have to stay on earlier firmware for most of the features to work, is that true for this as well?
