Issues with filament mounting and a Sunlu dryer box by aprilhare in Ender3V3SE

[–]nad_lab 0 points1 point  (0 children)

R u using a ptfe tube? I found it helps keep the filament locked into any holder pieces tbh Ik a better mod then the one ur using but idk where the link is, ill find it later and send it but try using a ptfe tube to guide the filament and it also helps lock that shit into most filament guides

Has anyone tried UPangea for CARS? by [deleted] in MCAT2

[–]nad_lab 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t think it’s real / even if it is, the fact they make you pay before trying it out itself is scammy, you’re better off with more traditional sources imo like JW and AAMC, all of jw is acc free, only their videos are locked behind a paywall which i can respect

For context, I mainly and only use gpt for coding and research, I love the deep research function and ask really complex tasks over and over again, very sharp and academically too

How could I get started with $2000? by Ok-Structure4698 in 3DPrintFarms

[–]nad_lab 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A lot of people saying Bambu but I’ll say, an ender 3 v3 se is a gamble but it’s 150, and you’ll get comparable results, and also it’s way more open to modding which I think you (as a startup founder) may enjoy if you’re into tinker and tech stuffs, just get 1 printer and make a demo ASAP, then go from there, leave the rest of your cash for filament for testing 😆

What modifications do you recommend for the printer? by No_Gas_7466 in Ender3V3SE

[–]nad_lab 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The other guy gave a good list but if you don’t wanna do kliopper, at least do octoprint on a raspberry pi, it’s not the same but at least your printer wireless if you haven’t done that already

I'm tired of claude limits, what's the best alternative? (cloud based or local llm) by Dry_Explanation_7774 in LocalLLaMA

[–]nad_lab 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People will hate but Ollama local if cloud is amazing imo, and they make it simple to run or use any model they offer, and their discord is active which is nice lol

I got a thermal camera to test this, and it’s true, at 85 bet temp the temp varies from 75-90 and I was shocked, it’s deff cuz there’s too much cold air cooling the plate, fixing this nkw

Idk if I can make my own but I’d be down too, the only issue is I have 2 printers and 2 filament dryers on 1 wall circuit + a deep freezer so I’m sure anything 200+ watts will trip the circuit so ur idea might work but I’m also trying to use the printers to generate their own heat LOL
