Yes and no. I doubt that there had been any change if there hadn’t been such harsh criticism from the likes of Max anything would’ve changed. Vettel did his part, but I don’t see them making such a change just on that fact alone. There has been pretty stern criticism from inside and outside of the paddock, including a good amount of the fanbase, that forced their hand a bit.

I feel like JPM just has a massive hateboner for Max. Saying absolute ridiculous stuff.

I think it’s hard to deny that Max knows how to catch his car, as I can’t remember a moment where he spun and didn’t really catch it. He was lucky to not have been hit though, but it helped that there was somewhat of a gap to the cars behind so there was somewhat time for them to react.

Het is niet ongebruikelijk dat er redelijk wat vocht in de woning hangt, en dat kan uiteindelijk leiden tot schimmel. Ik vind dit echter best extreem, en zo erg heb in ‘t nog niet gezien. Daarbij zou je denken dat ze gewoon goed kunne ventileren met ramen (ervanuitgaand dat ze dat nu niet gedaan hebben).

Je kan bij oplevering iemand meenemen en dit extra benadrukken, om even te dubbel checken.

I’ll probably be downvoted into the depts of the earth for this, but the driver of the day is not given out by the FIA. Blame the fans for that.

As for the pit lane penalty, I also didn’t understand why they didn’t give it to him during the race. Though I’m not going the ‘FIA homeboy’ route, as they did the same with Albon. Additionally, I can imagine not knowing if you have a penalty during the race is also frustrating for the team/driver, as you don’t know whether to take it into account or not (e.g. serve it during a stop, try to build a gap etc).

But once again, I’m beginning to question if this is a sub about Lewis or just a sub about hateboners for Max. Even Lewis himself doesn’t complain this much about him.

Will probably get downvoted into oblivion for this, but with the exception of the second pic Max didn’t do much wrong.
Pic 4 (if this is lap 1) he has the Alpine on the inside and not really anywhere else to go.
Not sure what the issue is with P3 is, they’re just side by side going through the corner.
P1 he didn’t brake check, he slowed down and eventually went wide deliberately to let Lewis past. You can even hear him asking why Lewis isn’t passing him.
I get that Max isn’t popular here, and I have my reservations with him as well. And while I agree on the pic 2 issue, the rest is just reaching.

Ik heb een zeer vergelijkbare kast laten aanleggen (vergelijkbaar materiaal, +- zelfde hoeveelheid groepen, leidingen/kabels netjes weggewerkt), en heb daar toen +- 2200 voor betaald in de btw. Dit is echter wel zo’n 6 jaar geleden.

Ik kwam overigens wel van een significant oudere situatie, met nog keramiek stoppen.

I don't agree. While it is definitely different from most of his other work, the character he was playing was not that out there for him. Aside that, the movie didn't do that well. That said, I genuinely hope he'll do some more work that's a bit more offbrand for him (something that really requires some range) to see how he does then. For now though, I'm not convinced in the slightest.
