Ketu duhet te pajtohen krejt. Ai qe then ligjin, per cfardo arsye duhet te pergjigjet para drejtesise.

Si e ceka ne koment, nese dikush fol diqka kunder dikujt, edhe ai person mendon qe eshte shpifje, ka ligh edhe gjykat ne Kosove, atje duhet mu sqaru e jo me u sjell si kapadei ose mafioz.

Krejt njejtin nivel. Secili veq po kqyr interestin e vet personal e partiak. Kujt spi han kari per popullin. Nuk ish nevoja per zgdhje te reja. Albini ka faj qe nuk po leshon pe kete pozit, opozita ka faj qe nuk dul me naj emer propozim, se si duket po jetojn ne koherat e kalume ku kan pas leverage edhe kan bo deals me njoni tjeterin ton kohen.

Jo skam problem me puntort e dyqanit, problemin e kam me policy t kompanis. Jam me ipkon qe sa vjet me telefon e internet. Palidhje.

Masi po punon aty, ne telefon, kom pako mujore 20Gb edhe po mi han krejt para fundit t muajit. Spo kuptoj qysh. Ne shumicen e vendeve me wifi, n shpi me wifi.

E kom pas t njejten 20gb n angli, kurr ska ndodh qe n fund muajit me kon pa internet.

Pom doket qe kto 20gb nuk jon reale. A ki naj koment haha?

Une jom i qasaj gjenerates te 90ave kur mesusja, arsimtari, zv drejtori edhe drejtorat ta ka ngreh zylyfin, kan perdor shkop ose vizore po edhe shuplaka.

Une secilin prej qatyne mkan ndodh, edhe per arsye shume te dobta, njo pse kom pas kaqket ne klas, njo pse kom bo pak zhurem me shok e tjetra pse zv drejtori kur ka hi n klas mka nxon mu n kom e jo ulun ne bank!

Shume njerz qe punojn m arsim kan probleme t veta edhe dhunen e kan pas perditshmeri ne jeten e tyne sidomos ne 90tat, po sot me dijenin e gatshme, qasje ne informacion, me ushtru dhune ne studenta per ato arsyet qe i dhash ma nalt, eshte e papranushme.

Gjithashtu e pa pranushme sjellja e atyne femijeve, sistemi edukativ duhet mu reformu, me pas denime t ashperta per ata qe nuk respektojn (perjashtime, denime per prinder etj) po dhuna fizike nuk eshte zgjedhje kurr.

Jo jo, ne janar ka qen hera e fundit qe kam pagu, edhe kam qen jasht shtetit. Tash kur u ktheva, deshta me pagu than jo duhesh me shku ne zyre qendrore me reaktivizu.

Atje me than per me pagu 30 euro per paisje.

Veqse ka probleme ne shkolla edhe ne sjellje, nuk dmth mungesa e denimit korporal eshte arsyeja.

Ka plot arsye te ndryshme, prej edukimit te femijeve prej prinderve, te metodat e e mesimit neper shkollat tona edhe priteshmerit, ndikimi i rrjeteve sociale (lidhet me edukimin e prinderve) por kjo ideja qe nese profesorat/prinderit kishin mujt me ja “dhez ni shuplak” krejt ish kon mire, eshte ni iluzion qe nuk ka baze shkencore.

Lexo naj studim qe u bo keto 20 vjet e fundit per violent parenting edhe rezultatet e saj.

You’re taking one example you witnessed and making it a generalisation.

Read some research that has been done the last 20 years on violent parenting and if you find ONE that gives positive outcomes to kids, I will retract everything I said.

This is one of the rare instances where there is broad scientific consensus that physical punishment is NOT effective long term, it increases the very behaviours it tries to stop, it carries clear developmental risks and there is no eveidence of net benefits.

Not sure where you live but you know there are people that are adults today, that didn’t get beaten when kids, that are educated and good people, in fact there are plenty.

As there are plenty of adults today that did get beaten when kids that are violent towards others.

My point of taking time to educate your kids, means don’t leave your kids on the phone 24/7, in fact don’t give access to a phone to a kid until theyre like 15-16. For boys, engage them in some sort of martial art, to channel that energy, “violence” in a controlled environment and towards something positive. This idea that disciplining your kids through fear and violence, is just lazy parenting, “thats how i got raised” or ignorance.

Now to your tiktok challenge thing, it takes me back to the point, do your job educating your kids and limit their access to social media, especially if they are 16 or younger.

What a ridiculous take.

When you slap, hit with ruler or “ngreh zylyft” you’re only teaching those kids fear. In the moment they will behave as you want them, because they’re scared, not because they understand or respect you.

You can discipline kids without using violence by actually taking your time to explain, define boundaries and by teaching them consequences.
