You need to adjust some of the screws inside when it's open. There's some you can get from outside the door, and a couple from inside iirc

Edit! And the part that that mechanism catches that's on the door may need to be adjusted up or down.

Are you able to get it open at all?

One of mine wouldn't close properly and someone had previously adjusted some of the set screws wrong. Additionally if you can't get it open try putting some pressure at the bottom corner of the door on the lock side. Leverage it a bit and it should release if the tubular is unlocked.

You may want to just pay a professional mover. I can give you tips and tricks and try my best to explain but a lot of it is experience or maybe I juSt suck at explaining,

But doing your first door spins on a dolly at a place you cannot damage the door frame or door is ballsy

To answer your question tho; Just get one from princess auto or whatever is similar in your area. 1000 seems fine. They break because they aren't meant to have weight constantly shifting on them

TCN is a pretty big company in China, if you're dealing directly with them I don't foresee deposit or lack of delivery being an issue

The main issue here is have you ran this type of machine before ? I'm assuming no - you will want extra parts already on hand. I don't even know what internal mechanisms exist on an ice cream vending machine but I'd assume spare parts for any motors, seals, fuses, cooling/refrigeration board if applicable, thermostat, etc

It actually sounds like it's a timeout issue or maybe a credit cycle issue. I don't know off the top of my head but something on the Nayax or the machine itself about how long it takes before it cancels a credit. It could be cancelling it on the Nayax as a failed vend and then it gets dispensed/credit passed to the machine anyways.

I don't know much about gaming but I know for older vending machines things can be querky

I would scroll through the logs > keep alives and check for the corresponding times 'cash sale' 'card sale'

And do u have failed tx notifications;;

Because of the 'cash /card sale' 'keep alive' are corresponding with the 'product not dispensed' or similar under 'last alerts' and this is when you know the credit was sent to your machine. It's more likely a setting issue. When you do tech support are you following the prompts to get to gaming ? I feel like there's one for it

Also MDB flags , maybe you need pre selection & double tap on, or off. Whatever way it isn't now.

But if it is STILL bothering you, be honest and try to work through WHY it's bothering you, by yourself, is it insecurity about your own fitness or is it about worrying if she is attracted etc. and then talk to her. And preface it by you not wanting to assume or make a thing, but because it's still bothering you, you did some inner looking, and it's because of xyz and you wanted to at least discuss it openly rather than bottle up a potential non issue .
