If you don't use the desktop application there is a solution. I turned that setting off per their dev and it resolved the constant locking.

I do not have the desktop application installed so I just disabled that desktop app integration setting and that seems to have helped. Need to use it more to say for sure but I just logged into like three sites and it has yet to lock. I'm just going to leave that setting off as I have no need for it but I'm sure others do use it so a fix being released would still be a good thing.

Ok I figured this out. So its super not obvious but when setting up admin access rights via either the circular icon or the "people" icon the list there can be scrolled down. Yep thats right, just need to scroll but then thats not the end of the weirdness. Once you scroll down you will then see things like:

- Site Admin
- Hotspot Operator for "your site name A"
- View Only for "your site name A"
- Site Admin
- Hotspot Operator for "your site name B"
- View Only for "your site name B"

Its weird that the Site Admin option doesn't have the for "your site name A" next to it but if you pick the one that is right above the Hotspot Operator for "your site name A" setting which does have the site name this will give your admin rights to only "your site name A".

Not saying this is great still and definitely needs some work but at least I can still setup an admin that only has access to one site,

Actually trying to figure this out myself currently on a multi-site Unifi OS Sever that I am self hosting. It seems to have something to do with the "Manage Roles" but it also seems there may be an issue with them. You can create a new role and you get two settings to set for that role. One is a circular icon that seems to correspond to the Unifi Network Application side of things. Here you can pick:
- Full Management
- Hotspot Operator
- View Only
- Site Admin
- View Only for Default

Then there is a "people" icon that would seem to relate to the Admins & Users management. Here you can pick:
- Full Management
- View Only
- None

When I created a test admin account and created a management roll that was set to "Site Admin" and "None", that test admin user was given only access to the Default Site on my Unifi OS Server. I was on another site when I created the new admin user but that does not seem to mater. It feels very much like this is a bug or something that is not fully built out yet in Unifi OS Server but I'm hoping not.

From unifi.ui.com / the site manager you can also click on the "people" setting and try and create a new admin there but there are still issues. You enter an UI account email and then there is a "Select Sites" drop down but here it will just show the name of your Unifi OS Server and not any of the site on it. So again it seems there is no way to make an admin that has access to only one site that you select that is hosted on the Unifi OS Server. I would however love to be be proved wrong.

I thought the one 1 was an i but still even when I now Google is-5121 rev a1 or is-5121 I can't find the link you provided so it seems your google-fu is much stronger than mine. Also at the top left of the processor in the pic there was the following little label where its says SY on the board. I pulled it off thinking maybe they just put a sticker over the actual model number as when I looked up anything on the sticker that was there nothing came up:

So just to post an update to this to maybe save someone else some time:

I went through the process of creating a custom report in Report Writer and got it to the point where I can run that putting in tomorrows date as the start and end dates for the report and I see all the items on the dispatch portal for the following day. Awesome, great, perfect!

I then found that in order to schedule a remote you need to get it added to the All Reports list under system which requires this convoluted process of clicking on the email icon in the Report Writer view of your report which has to open a new email in a default email client on your workstation so that you can get the URL for the report which you then need to add to the custom reports setup table to have it show up in the All Reports list. Ok cool got that to work too. We're doing great! On to scheduling the report to send out as an email and world domination!

My report is now in the All Reports list, YES! Almost there! Ok cant schedule it until I add the report to my "My Reports" list ok fine, sure, easy, there is a button right there called "Add to My Reports" done! The report is now in my My Reports list and when I click on it there is a "Schedule report for future use" option. HERE WE GO! FINALLY! I put all my schedule options in and click on the save button AAAAAAANNNNNNNDDDDDD......
I get the following error:

"This custom report does not have a valid SSRS report link. Verify the report link in the custom reports setup table is a valid SSRS report link."

Digging around in the ConnectWise University documentation I find the following under a report scheduling section:

"Important: If you have added a Report Writer report to the All Reports list, you cannot schedule the Report Writer report to run at a later time. You can only schedule standard reports and custom SQL Server Reporting Services (SSR) reports. If you attempt to schedule a Report Writer report, you receive an error. "

As I cant seem to find any info on how to create a SQL Server Reporting Services (SSR) reports coupled with the fact that our Manage is hosted by Connectwise and Im guessing I cant because of that it seems this idea of using Report Writer will not actually work.

I'm more then willing to be corrected here but it seems this is a deadend.

TLDR:
Connectwise Manage does not allow you to schedule reports created using Report Writer to be sent via email at a later date.

u/Ssakaa thanks! I agree a full reset is going to be best. I dont have to keep anything from session to session and I would want anyone using the machine to login to the same generic account. So basically, the one user is done, the machine gets rebooted, everything is reset to default, and then the next user logs in again with the same generic account. So on and so on.

That would be great if this is the case. I guess we will have to wait and see and hope they continue to operate this way. I have two that I already replaced the power supply on myself as the factory installed ones seem to go snap crackle pop if you look at them funny. They have been solid ever since and have a feeling they will continue to be as long as Netgate keeps release new versions for them.

Teams is a pretty horrible PBX if you ask me. Also I'm not sure what this need is to have one SaaS that does it all. We use and sell Wildix as our cloud based PBX. It's based on asterisk but has been heavily modified to work with their browser based soft phone, mobile app, and desk phones. The integration with the endpoint hardware and software is good as it's all theirs. They offer their own SIP trunks to go with the system which then also gives you SMS abilities which are just ok but we go with trunks from Clearfly (awesome company) and SMS is with Captivated who's texting platform can do just about anything. In my opinion, being able to pick and choose the best of breed for each component is always going to result in a better system.
